How much on average should a turnkey 60,000 bu. Bin setup cost with concrete, dirt work and electrical?

Mine was everything except electrical. I just looked and add 5k for electrical

I just built a Brock 60,000 bushel. With Everything total cost was $106,000
I just put up a 48x9 or 55,000 bin for 89,000 turn key. I pre paid in January for all bun parts. I priced another one last week it was 140,000

45000bushel bin with staircase and temp cables 1.55$usd in canada all in with dirt, concrete and electrical.
Superior 48-10 stiffened 60828 bushels. We did our own dirt work and was gonna cost $81k delivered, cement and erection done. Full drying floor. I’ll figure $5k max for electrical. That’s $1.41 per bushel.

Bin cost is 106k each but that doesn’t include grain pump extension, fans, wiring, controls,heaters,concrete etc.
Gonna be more like 3$/bu
I just was bid 100k for a Brock 48x10. Includes big fans power sweep vertical unload concrete and put up. With electric but I already had the poll.

we are paying 2.52/bushel for 25000 ************** complete wit concrete and unload and air floor and 3phase fans

I feel like this fits in with this post. I have an opportunity to purchase and existing grain setup that was never totally tied all together. Leg is up but not connected to anything, no pit or any drop tubes. I plan to raise the leg maybe 15’ to eliminate the augers they had used. I would say that’s a pretty involved question... are you buying the land? Is there room for expansion? How old is the equipment? Is there 3 phase? Is there natural gas? Is it near your farms or delivery point?
I assume you know all these things... probably best to work your numbers off knowing what new is and take those factors into account.

Put up a Sukup 60k this past summer. Did dirt work ourselves but bin, concrete and electrical ran about $1.83. I’m in east central SD.

We've been paying ~$2.0/bu for 55K bins all-in for Sukup bins

Yep, if hiring everything done then I’d say $2/bu minimum to be safe.
$1.70 for a heavy sidewall 50,000 MFS in Indiana.
We were quoted about, $1.60/stored bushel here in NE Nebraska for a GSI bin. Includes all the concrete, labor, etc.
